नये साल के लिए जिले को 23 लाख 50 हजार पौधे रोपित करने का लक्ष्य मिला है। इनमें वन विभाग 14 लाख 18 हजार पौधे लगाएगा। यह पौधे जुलाई - अगस्त में लगेंगे।
