अनुच्छेद 370 में संशोधन करने का अधिकार इसके खंड एक में निहित है। जम्मू-कश्मीर के केंद्रशासित प्रदेश बनने के बाद कानून व्यवस्था, सेवा, भूमि सहित कई अन्य अधिकार केंद्र के पास होंगे।
